Method 1:
1. Check whether the transformer is faulty. Use a multimeter to check whether the input 380v and output 220v of the transformer are normal; if the output is abnormal (normal 220V±5%), it means the transformer is faulty and the transformer needs to be replaced.
Method 2:
1. Check whether the switching power supply is faulty. Use a multimeter to measure whether the input 220v and output 24v voltages of the switching power supply are normal. If the output 24v is abnormal, it means that the switching power supply is faulty and needs to be replaced.
2. Check whether the touch screen is faulty and use a multimeter to check whether the input voltage of the touch screen 24v is normal. If the voltage is normal and the positive and negative connections are correct, the touch screen is damaged; the touch screen needs to be replaced.
